Joanne is an internationally recognised photographer who has worked and exhibited in the United Kingdom, Italy and South Africa. She has become one of Italy's most popular wedding photographers because of her truly unique approach: It's all about you.
Joanne lives and breathes for the perfect photo, and treats each and every wedding with unparalleled effort and enthusiasm. She knows that a deep connection with the wedding couple is critical, and will go to extraordinary lengths to get to know her clients in order to deliver exactly what they were hoping for-and a little more.
Classically trained with a fine art background, Joanne does not limit herself to any style, but adapts to shoot photos that correspond to her clients' wishes. Racing and diving, she will not stop until the last moment to immortalize a special gesture, that magical light or even those comical moments that should not be forgotten.
For five years Joanne travelled the globe to shoot weddings for international clients. But after falling pregnant she settled in her favourite destination: Ravello in on the Amalfi Coast. For the past two years she has tried to keep her weddings as local as possible to stay close to her son. But being a traveller at heart she may be tempted to travel in quieter months.
Unlike most photographers in the area, Joanne's mother tongue is English, meaning she will understand you completely. She is a little mad, but it's a good, fun madness, which makes even the most stressed out 'bridezilla' giggle. A hopeless romantic, she still cries at every wedding.
Joanne's intimate and individual approach to wedding photography is not to everybody's taste. She has been known to turn down weddings if she feels her approach does not match with the wishes of her clients, or if she didn't feel a deep connection with them-testament to her professionalism and integrity as an artist.
Joanne understands that it is not easy letting someone into your world and heart. But the reward will be images so personal that only other person who would have been able to take them would be you.

Joanne, it was like you could see beyond the image of me and into my soul. At times I felt you were the only one (apart from Mario) who really knew how I was feeling and what was going on in my head. I felt a bond with you like I had known you for ever.
Now that I look at it, I feel I should have spent more time with you to let you take more pictures of us. In the end, it was only on that day that we got married.
I am sorry you saw me nervous at times. It was all such a flood of emotions that I tended to get lost at times.
